"I Give Up"

Magik Johnson, New Zealand's best loved artist and DJ, is back on Underwater with a huge release. After Malone/Jump and mixing Underwater Episode 5 alongside Darren Emerson, Magik J presents "I Give Up". The release features the dramatic vocals of James Dansey and two versions by Magik including the massive 2007 version that he's just finished in time to boot the original off the A-side. The 2007 mix is set to be massive with early feedback crying out for a radio edit which will follow shortly.
The B-side is graced with the remix talent of John Dahlback who takes things down to the darkside with a muted down version for the dirtier floors around town.
The Original, the funky track where this record stemmed from, is now on B2 and is also set to be hording the airwaves, radio friendly as you like and a monster on the dancefloor.
Finally a download only Deepgroove remix. The Deepgroove version is very current sounding, straying away from the original and taking the track for a deep twisted workout.
