He recorded 3 albums with them before leaving in 2000 to focus on his DJ career again. He had founded Underwater Records in 1994 and took the opportunity to concentrate on the label by signing up acts such as Tim Deluxe and Gus Gus. Emerson also released two Global Underground compilations, completed numerous remixes as well as a handful of singles on Underwater. Underwater went on to become a well established brand with highly successful club nights running in Ibiza, London and beyond. The label is now approaching it's 100th release and Emerson continues his unrelenting DJ schedule.
